Throughout the weekend, guests will experience a beautiful balance of depth and lightness, structure and spaciousness. This monthly experience is an opportunity to slow down, reset, and return to balance through guided meditation and sound.

We begin with a gentle, guided journey through the chakra system. Each energy centre is explored with awareness and intention, helping you notice where energy may feel open, blocked, or in need of support. There is nothing to fix. Observe, feel and allow.

From there, you are guided into a deeply restorative soundbath. Using layered tones and vibration, the body and mind are invited into a state of rest and integration. Sound works beyond thought, helping to settle the nervous system and support energetic alignment in a subtle but powerful way.

Each month offers a slightly different experience, shaped by the energy of the moment and the needs of the group.

This is a quiet, inward experience. A space to reconnect, release, and receive.

The March Full Moon is traditionally known as the Worm Moon.

Its name comes from the time of year when the earth begins to soften and thaw, and life quietly stirs beneath the surface. Earthworms reappear, the soil becomes workable, and the first subtle signs of spring begin. It is a moon of emergence, preparation and quiet awakening.

Energetically, the Worm Moon invites us to:

Gently shed what winter has crystallized
Loosen old patterns that have kept us dormant
Prepare the inner soil for new growth
Reconnect with instinct and intuition
Trust what is quietly stirring beneath the surface

This is not yet the burst of spring. It is the sacred in-between. The thaw. During our Deep Trance experience, we will intentionally work with this energy of softening and awakening.

Deep trance is a guided altered state of consciousness. It is not sleep, but a deeply relaxed and focused awareness where the analytical mind quiets and the inner landscape becomes accessible. In this state, insight, symbolic imagery, emotional release and intuitive guidance can arise naturally.

Embodied Consciousness Readings are a guided, collaborative process designed to support clarity, insight, and forward movement.

While some intuitive sessions focus on receiving validating messages, this work is centred on uncovering what you already instinctively know. At a deep energetic level, we all carry an inner awareness of what is aligned and what is not. Over time, protective patterns, old beliefs, fear, or conditioning can obscure that knowing.

These sessions gently unveil what may be hidden so that clear understanding can emerge.

You are encouraged to come with a specific issue, decision, relationship dynamic, or internal struggle you would like to focus on. Together we enter a focused inquiry process that helps illuminate where energy feels strong, where it feels diminished, and what may be ready to shift.

This is participatory work. Your openness and willingness to engage are essential. Sometimes what surfaces feels affirming. Sometimes it feels confronting. It is not always comfortable, but it is deeply clarifying.

The intention is not to tell you what to do. The intention is to help you access your own embodied wisdom so you can move forward with greater confidence and coherence.

Each session is one hour minimum. This depth of exploration requires time and presence. Please bring a journal. Spots are limited.
