We are excited to welcome you to Mystic Avenue’s new studio space, Mystic Avenue Yoga & Wellness Studio.  Located right next door at 24 King Street East, this serene 800-square-foot studio is dedicated to hosting our enriching workshops, group events, and yoga, pilates and Zumba classes. Gentle Yoga

Restorative Yoga Nidra

Experience profound relaxation and inner peace with our Restorative Nidra class. This unique practice combines the deep restfulness of restorative yoga with the transformative power of Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep.” Begin with gentle, supported poses to release physical tension, then transition into a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, designed to take you into a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness.

Mat Pilates

Thai Yoga Massage

1 hour, $150

A private Thai yoga massage (non-RMT) is a personalized session where you remain fully clothed in stretchy clothes, combining deep full-body stretches and meridian (energy) line massage. The therapist uses their legs, feet, and body weight, as well as hands and arms, to perform the massage. Traditionally practiced in Thailand as ancient Buddhist medicinal bodywork, this style is slightly gentler than the traditional method.
